On-site needed a fun way to introduce their new paperless leasing platform to  and what better way to do it than through a cheesy, retro educational animation with the all-knowing (or perhaps not) narrator? This was a fun one, and we're thrilled with the results, as was On-Site.

On-site loved it so much that "Joe", our hapless hero, starred in their national "Where's Joe?" campaign in full-on stuffed doll form!
